Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.
Print Your Label
After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package your display.
Pack with Care
Place the Hearth Display in its original packaging with all included mounting hardware and power cables to ensure a safe transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
